About Greenleaf Family Center – Akron, Ohio
Greenleaf Family Center provides alcohol and drug counseling in Akron, Ohio. They utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and treat dual diagnosis disorders. A sliding scale fee is offered and Medicaid is accepted.
A diagnostic assessment will be done when you arrive to determine the appropriate level of care. Their AoD outpatient program is designed for those who struggle to understand the effects of addiction. The group meets one hour per week for 12 weeks. Individual counseling is available as needed. This is where any co-occurring disorders are addressed. Telehealth services are available for both individual and group therapy. Once you have complete inpatient or outpatient treatment, they offer an aftercare program. These services are for individuals who can benefit from ongoing support.
