Once identified, you’ll be guided toward training or schooling to pursue a career related to your skills or interests. Harbor Behavioral Health will also assist you with searching for jobs online and completing job applications. Staff members will also help you put together a resume that highlights your skills and experiences. Before you move on to your interviews, you’ll learn about how to handle difficult questions to give yourself the best chance of getting hired. CareerLink also provides transportation, childcare and IDs to further support you in your journey toward employment.
Clients who’ve been incarcerated for substance use related crimes can benefit from the CareerPath Program. You’ll receive schooling and training to earn post secondary credentials or industry recognized qualifications. Similar to CareerLink, you will also get help with resume building, interviewing and any other resources you may need to gain employment.
