This program is strengths based and trauma informed and includes a comprehensive behavioral assessment and individual therapy sessions. There are also women specific group sessions which create a safe and understanding environment where women can share their experiences and uplift one another through each of their journeys.
Another specialty program is designed for health professionals. This program takes into consideration the long hours and high stress environments that health professionals experience every day.
