Healthy Futures provides mental health care and dual diagnosis services for adults in Scottsdale, Arizona. They specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, including addiction. They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and aftercare planning and support.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed for clients who require high-level supervision and support, including those in early recovery. Clients typically engage in two-hour sessions twice per week. Treatment includes individual and group counseling drawing on dialectical behavioral therapeutic (DBT) modalities. The program supports clients’ long-term recovery through robust life-skills training to facilitate clients’ application of DBT techniques, including emotional regulation, distress tolerance, coping, and relapse prevention. Medical and mental health assessments are included, and referrals for acute and subacute inpatient care are available as needed.
