About Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services – Richmond, Virginia
Outpatient treatment includes an individualized recovery plan, psychoeducation, process groups, medication-assisted treatment, case management, peer support, and individual and group therapy. Co-occurring mental health issues are also addressed. Community integration is prioritized. Case management for individuals with developmental disabilities is also available. The medical team also links program participants to community resources such as Social Security, Medicaid, SNAP benefits, and housing. If residential mental health treatment or drug rehab is needed, referrals are made.
