Treatment may also involve psychodrama, dance, yoga, psychoeducation, mindfulness, poetry, nutrition, fitness, and comedy. Focus of treatment includes conflict resolution, self-care, career counseling, healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, stress reduction, life skills, academic tutoring, and self-development. Residents may participate in groups such as music groups, reading groups, gardening groups, 12-Step groups, and process groups.
