Since 2000, Hope House has been a faith-based rehab center in Oneonta, Alabama, that treats homelessness and substance abuse and provides community outreach programs to those in need. This addiction treatment center provides primarily outpatient services for drug and alcohol recovery to those 12 and older.

The Hope House rehab center offers individuals help to overcome substance abuse disorders through various treatment modalities. These often include individual, family, and group counseling within the general outpatient program (GOP). This program is open to those 12 and older, and the length of treatment is based on the needs of each individual.

At this addiction treatment center, a specialized juvenile hail program. During this program, individuals receive help from Hope House staff who confer with Juvenile Court, the Juvenile Probation Services Department, and Blount County to help clients get the treatment they need to achieve long-term sobriety.
