About Hudson Hospital – Hudson

Health Partners Programs for Change Hudson is located inside of Hudson Hospital and Clinic in Hudson, Wisconsin. They provide the only outpatient care in the region for alcohol and substance abuse recovery. They accept Medicare and offer financial assistance.

The outpatient program and the continuing care program offer evidence based treatment. Your family and friends can be involved in your treatment at no additional charge. The outpatient program offers sessions that meet several times a week. They also offer a weekly lecture series. The program includes two multi-family groups. The purpose of that group is to allow you and your family to explore recovery together.

The continuing care program focuses on deepening your recovery journey. You will learn how to manage the disease of addiction for long term success. Group meetings are offered to strengthen your sober support network. They encourage all participants to attend additional community support groups.
