Indigo Ranch is a luxury transitional living facility for adults in Malibu, California. They provide a variety of programs to help you overcome your mental and behavioral health challenges, including drug and alcohol addiction.

One thing I like about this facility is that they meet you where you are. If you’re coming to their program from a residential treatment center they’ll implement your continuing care plan. If you’re working on your recovery for the first time they’ll create a customized plan to help you meet your goals.

Another neat feature is their on site music studio. They realize the healing power of music so they’ve created a safe space for musicians and artists to play, explore and create new sounds. Even if you’ve never played a note of music in your life you can come here to reflect and experience an emotional release.

They call their center a retreat, and for good reason. There aren’t any regimented schedules here. Instead you’re free to explore their amenities and participate in the ones that meet your needs. Some of the services they offer include 12 Step recovery groups, yoga and meditation, sober coaching, exercise and fitness plans, life skills training and daily group activities.
