About Inland Detox – Temecula, California

Inland Detox’s 2.5-acre campus in Southern California has a very low staff-to-patient ratio, serving only six patients at a time. The center’s staff will provide 24-hour supervision of detox from alcohol or other substances, including overseeing patient-administered medication.

Residential treatment at Inland Detox includes various modalities, including Individual, couples, family, and group counseling, addiction education, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and holistic support such as yoga, mindfulness training, coping skills development, and nutrition education. The facility has a fire pit, swimming pool, basketball court, game room, weight room, and barbershop.

Participants can expect aftercare planning, including local AA and NA meetings, referrals for continued mental health treatment, and relapse prevention plans.
