Innerwisdom, in Houston, Texas. is a Joint Commission accredited mental health facility offering a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). They treat mental illnesses with or without co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Clients requiring higher intensity addiction treatment may be referred to a drug rehab program.

Innerwisdom’s partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets in an outpatient setting five to seven days per week. It is designed for patients who are stepping down from inpatient hospital treatment and need additional support to maintain their symptom relief. The partial hospitalization program offers a special track for patients with mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders. Assessment and psychiatric evaluation plus individual, group and family counseling are provided. Licensed counselors provide services. If needed, transportation to and from the facility is provided. Additional case management services are available and are identified during assessment.

Innerwisdom’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) addresses the same issues and uses the same programming as the partial hospitalization program but meets only 2-3 days per week.

Innerwisdom’s aftercare program provides support and treatment reinforcement via individually scheduled counseling appointments.
