About Inspira Hato Rey – San Juan
INSPIRA — Hato Rey is a private mental health rehabilitation facility in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, a short distance from Placita Roosevelt. They utilize a multidisciplinary approach to treating behavioral health concerns. They serve adult clients.
The INSPIRA team consists of psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, general practitioners, counselors, and psychologists who work together to deliver comprehensive mental health care. Treatment is tailored to the individual needs of each client. Services offered include:
PHP, also known as a day program, is an intensive form of outpatient treatment that sees clients visit the clinic, participate in treatment during the day, and return home at night. During PHP, clients receive specialized therapy, medication management, and education. Despite the name, PHP is designed to prevent future hospitalizations.
The outpatient program is a lower level of care for clients who have stabilized or who have mild symptoms. During the outpatient program, clients receive personalized therapy, education, family and couples support, counseling, and other forms of psychiatric support.
