Integrity House – WISE is an outpatient addiction treatment center for women in Newark, New Jersey. One of the largest providers of substance abuse support in New Jersey, Integrity House helps adults and families heal through a therapeutic community model. This location offers intensive outpatient programming and medication assisted treatment for women.
Integrity House is a certified community behavioral health clinic. When enrolled here, you’ll receive an individualized treatment plan, primary care screening and a comprehensive risk assessment. Case management will be provided in addition to coordination of healthcare and social service providers. They can also connect you to supportive housing if you need it, which can help you become more independent.
In connection with Essex County, Integrity House has a mobile recovery unit called Reach for Recovery. Traveling in a van, the team makes stops across the county on weekdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you need help in the community, the mobile recovery center offers substance use assessment, medication assisted treatment (MAT) consultation, health and wellness screenings and Narcan distribution. They also provide community resources. Plus you can receive prescriptions for buprenorphine and other medications used for substance use disorders.
