Janus CRF is a comprehensive drug and alcohol rehab for adolescents and adults in Decatur, Alabama offering dual diagnosis care, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare programming Dedicated services are available for young adults, seniors, persons with hearing impairment, and LGBTQ_ persons. They are state licensed and CARF accredited.
Their inpatient programs allow clients to focus on their recovery in a highly structured and supportive environment. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments and personalized care planning. Those in alcohol and/or opioid recovery may enroll in their evidence-based MAT program for longer-term pharmacotherapy. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma-informed individual, group, and family counseling and robust, recovery-focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self-care, and relapse prevention.
Their outpatient and aftercare services promote a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and include continuing addiction counseling and recovery education. Aftercare support may include step-down assistance, peer coaching, and referrals for additional services.
