About Juneau Youth Services – Miller House – Juneau
SEARHC–Raven’s Way Lighthouse Program/Juneau Youth Services–Miller House is a residential mental and behavioral health care facility for youth aged 12 to 18 and their families in Juneau, Alaska. They offer short and long-term residential programming and aftercare planning and support, including dedicated services for clients with hearing impairments and those with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
The residential program enables clients to focus on their recovery in a highly structured and supportive environment featuring round-the-clock clinical supervision and inviting, home-like amenities. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and complete case management. Crisis intervention and patient stabilization services are available. The therapeutic residential environment is designed to prepare clients to successfully reintegrate into their home, school, and community through intensive individual, group, and family counseling and robust, age-specific life skills training. Evidence-based complementary therapies, including recreational therapy and experiential therapy, are available. Accredited academic programming and vocational training are included onsite.
Their aftercare services provide a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include transitional support for clients stepping down to outpatient treatment and referrals for additional medical, mental health, and social service programs.
