LakeHaven Recovery Center provided care for people experiencing substance abuse problems in Pompano Beach, Florida. They provided recovery care and treatment built on the idea of offering a safe haven for men and women needing help utilizing residential and outpatient care. The center specialized in interventions, outpatient services, life coaching, and treatment for alcoholism and drug addiction. They used client centered services offered in clinical and residential areas.

Their evidence based care was offered in individual, group, and family therapy settings. The addiction treatment center adhered to the belief that addiction is a disease. They also offered family assistance services in a fully equipped and beautiful lakefront property. They offered specialized treatment options for correction officers, police, firefighters, and EMS.

Their New Life program was designed for people of all faiths to recover from drug and alcohol addiction. The program included Bible study, Celebrate Recovery groups, and faith-based speakers who were also in recovery.

The traditional program was based on integrating evidence based treatment practices with the fundamentals of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous. The 100 bed substance abuse treatment program also offered partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, aftercare, and sober residences. They utilized holistic treatment including neurobio feedback therapy, art, music, and recreational therapy.
