They provide education, employment, and health services. They provide screening for substance abuse disorders and referral to treatment.

Amber Hall’s health and wellness program takes an integrated approach to improving your physical and mental well being. They have programs for those looking for employment, those living with HIV, and those living with disabilities. They also have on site psychiatrists to provide thorough mental health support.

One therapy modality they use is motivational interviewing. This helps you find your reason or motivation to change your behavior. Motivational interviewing can be a powerful step toward recovering from mental health issues like depression or anxiety, as well as for substance abuse disorders.

They use an evidence based program called Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) to identify people using substances at dangerous levels. The program is designed to reduce and prevent long term consequences of drug and alcohol use, including diseases, injuries, and accidents.
