Located in Peru, Illinois, the LaSalle Veterans Affairs clinic provides primary care, pharmacy, lab, and mental health services. I like that you can go to one location for many services including getting help with addiction, depression, PTSD, anxiety and depression, grief, anger and more.
All services are available on same-day, walk-in visits. They also offer services via telehealth. You do need a referral for services. Treatment will include group and individual therapy.
