About Launch Centers – Los Angeles, California
Launch Centers, located in Los Angeles, California, offers partial hospitalization programs (PHPs), intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), and general outpatient care to young adults aged 18 to 35. Services include dual-diagnosis care, career and education support, and a specialized program for professionals.
A PHP is a full-time day program that can provide a step-down after residential alcohol or drug rehab. At Launch Centers, the PHP includes individual and group therapy, life-skills training, career development, and recovery-focused activities. Approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches.
An IOP or general outpatient program offers the same services as a PHP but meets less often and involves less intensive treatment. The Launch Centers IOP meets for 20 hours per week, and general outpatient treatment may only meet a few hours per week. Launch Centers may also offer connections to sober living options.
Launch Centers is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, MHN, First Health Network, HealthNet, and United Healthcare. They also work with Aetna and Cigna to use those plans’ out-of-network benefits to help pay for services.
