Lexington Center for Recovery provides a wide variety of services, including:
Partial Hospitalization
Clients may participate in treatment five days a week prior to moving into outpatient treatment. Individual therapy, group therapy, evidence-based curriculum, education sessions, planned group activities, trauma-informed therapy, and recreational activities are provided.
Outpatient
Individuals may participate in individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Case management services and recovery support services are provided. Transportation services coordinating care, and peer support is offered. Medication assisted treatment may be provided on an outpatient basis. Trauma-informed therapy is offered, along with art therapy, narrative therapy, yoga for recovery, and specialized dual diagnosis groups.
Medication Assisted Treatment
FDA-approved medications are offered in conjunction with mental health treatment. Individuals participate in counseling to help work through underlying causes of addiction and to focus on relapse prevention strategies.
