This level of care is for those who need 24/7 monitoring and who need to be removed from their environment to receive care. Clients participate in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and educational classes. Topics include anger management, emotional regulation, overcoming triggers, communication skills, boundaries, and relapse prevention.
Clients participate in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and outpatient self-help groups. Individuals may also choose to seek case management services or sober living accommodations during outpatient treatment.
Aftercare programming is designed to help alumni together so they can benefit from peer support. Additional aftercare options include 12 Step meetings and SMART Recovery.
