Clients engage in intensive, trauma informed CBT and DBT based psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family counseling. An array of evidence based complementary therapies, including animal therapy, yoga, meditation, and experiential therapy, is available. The program also emphasizes recovery focused life skills training. Adolescent clients in the PHP program may attend the accredited, onsite day school.

The aftercare services at Linden Oaks Medical Group are designed to facilitate clients’ successful reintegration into their homes, workplace, school, and community. Peer coaching, career counseling, 12 step program induction, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs are available.

Linden Oaks Medical Group–St. Charles Outpatient Services is accredited by the Joint Commission. They accept private insurance, military insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and self pay. Daily fee schedules and financial aid are available.
