Little Creek Lodge residents should expect to spend at least 30 days living in the facility to help isolate themselves from drugs and temptation, start their recovery, and begin building new habits. Depending on your needs, you may want to extend this initial recovery period for up to 90 days.

The facility also offers counseling in the form of individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and music therapy. In music therapy, facilitators can help you and the other guys learn something new, or you can play an instrument that you know how to use. This type of therapy can help translate negative emotions into a musical masterpiece.
