Lutheran Social Services (LSS) – Youth Treatment Center provides residential services to children and youth in Washington County. Lutheran Social Services (LSS) – Youth Treatment Center is located in West Bend, Wisconsin.

The Washington County Youth Treatment Center provides those in need of shelter and/or respite care a physically and psychologically safe environment for the youth in their care. They offer individualized personal-care needs, along with room and board, including individual bedrooms. The staff provides flexible and responsive services to meet the individual needs of the residents and their families – honoring ethnic, cultural, spiritual and geographical differences.

For residential treatment placements, children receive individual, group and family therapy on a weekly basis. Our staff holds monthly treatment review meetings involving residents, family members, placing agency representatives and members of the facility treatment team. Youth residents also participate in psycho-educational group programming and may attend the facility’s alternative school for residents, which is located at the Youth Treatment Center.
