Market Street Mission – Life Change Recovery

Market Street Mission’s Life Change Recovery program is a residential rehab for men in Morristown, New Jersey. This program is for adult men who have drug or alcohol addiction.

Life Change Recovery is a Christian faith based program so spirituality is a key part of the program. The addiction treatment though is based on a 12 Step curriculum like the programs you would see in AA and NA meetings.

Through the course of your program you’ll benefit from several different types of evidence based therapy. You’ll have group counseling as well as individual counseling. They’ll help you get your education or career on track too. It’s a multi phase program that includes a transition phase and relapse prevention, too. There’s anger management, parenting classes for dads, and job training and life skills to get you back on the right track.

This is an award winning rehab and clients agree. They talk about the night and day difference they’ve seen in their lives. But what stood out to me most about this program is that it’s free of charge. It’s also one of several community programs that Market Street Mission has including programs to offer shelter and food to those in need.
