These groups are designed for individuals who have coexisting struggles or developmental disabilities. They offer a place of community and support where you can learn about different ways to work through the challenges you’re encountering in your life. You’ll also find regular support groups, workshops and self help groups hosted here throughout the year.

The Mental Health Association of Ulster County can also refer you to different residential programs, advocacy services and private or public mental health providers within the community. These referrals are generally designed for individuals who need more robust care that isn’t typically found through the outpatient Adult Services Program here in Kingston.
