Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison Counties is a behavioral health treatment facility in Springfield, Ohio. The organization has been in operation since 1969. They provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for clients of all ages. MHS has adult programs, youth programs and community services for clients who have severe and persistent mental illness.
