Methodist Behavioral Hospital provides behavioral health care for children and teens in Maumelle, Arkansas. If addiction is a concern, some alcohol and drug rehab support may be available. If addiction is acute or severe, clients may need to be referred to an alcohol or drug rehab center.

The inpatient program is a psychiatric inpatient unit for individuals ages 3 to 17 years old. The focus is on psychiatric care, behavioral modification, and emotional care.
The outpatient program begins with a psychological assessment. Clients engage in medication consultations and management, play therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
The day treatment program is for individuals from kindergarten through 12th grade. Education, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy are provided. This program is for youth who have problems functioning in a traditional school setting.
