Located in Redlands, California, MHS Redlands Center for Change provides outpatient alcohol and drug rehab services and treatment programming for individuals living with co-occurring disorders. Their services are available to individuals of all ages.

The outpatient program provides individualized treatment plans to each client. Evidence-based treatment interventions, holistic therapies, life skills classes, and connections to community programs are available. Individuals will also have access to mental health counseling on an individual level, group level, and family level. If a person needs a higher level of care, they may be referred to an outside program that can offer partial hospitalization treatment, inpatient treatment, or residential treatment.

The aftercare program is designed to support individuals and slowly decrease the amount of treatment they have each week. Clients will often continue with a mental health counselor at a frequency of one time per week. They also often engage in a support group of their choice.
