Mental Health Systems (MHS) has a private substance abuse support program in San Bernardino, California. They provide state-approved outpatient services for adult and teen clients. MHS operates a DUI education program, which is open to referrals and court orders.

MHS’s DUI program is provided on an outpatient basis and is open to those arrested for or convicted of driving under the influence. Referrals may come from community programs, the legal system, or clients themselves. These classes provide drug and alcohol addiction and prevention education to deter further dangerous driving behaviors. Clients referred to a DUI class often must complete it as a condition of having their license reinstated.
