MidSouth Sober Living (MSL) provides supportive housing for guests who are new to recovery in Memphis, Tennessee. They offer a secure environment so you can start a renewed sober lifestyle while having structure in a substance-free setting.
MSL bridges the gap between residential treatment and independent living. It provides transitional housing and sober living in the Memphis community where guests have affordability and safety so they can focus on sobriety.
MSL is a place where you can have the freedom to perform everyday activities, like cooking your meals and working. They encourage employment and becoming a productive community member. You can own a car and take care of your essential needs while having a secure living area.
They also partner with First Step Recovery Centers to provide a full continuum of care. You’ll have a nutritionist who will offer tips and suggestions for healthy meals so you can fuel your body with the appropriate nutrients for your mental, physical and spiritual health.
Recovering guests in the community come and share their experiences with you and offer a sense of hope and strength for the future. This service can help guests resonate with others in recovery who are thriving and looking forward to a healthier future without using drugs or alcohol.
They also have fun events that support sober living homes like golf tournaments with themes like Haunt The Fairways For A Cause and art auctions where local community members help sponsor the services.
MidSouth Sober Living has one women’s home that can accommodate 12 guests who are making a fresh start for a new sober life.
