The Mind Springs outpatient treatment program provides integrative care with multiple services to support your recovery and help you move forward. To provide you with the best level of care they will complete a comprehensive assessment. After the assessment is completed you will develop a personalized treatment plan to help you gain a better understanding of areas you’ll be working on and goals you’ll achieve. This will include outpatient group mental health and/or substance abuse therapy. They provide a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills group which can improve your quality of life by encouraging you to utilize mindfulness and help increase self awareness.

They also provide psychiatric medication management and medication assisted treatment (MAT). They also offer a hospital discharge program to get you immediate care once discharged from the hospital.

What really sticks out to me are the additional supportive services available. Their Peer Support program connects you to a trained specialist who has personal experience with substance abuse. They can assist you with developing a recovery plan, offer encouragement and help hold you accountable. Their individual placement services (IPS) is available to help you gain steady income from employment that is tailored to your interests and is supportive of your life in recovery. IPS helps strengthen your chances of landing employment, and they will continue to follow-up with you and your employer.

When your child is struggling with substance abuse or dual diagnosis it can be concerning and unclear on what to do. Mind Springs offers a multitude of services designed for adolescents like school based behavioral health services, early childhood mental health consulting and multisystemic therapy (MST).
