About Monarch – Lexington
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a personalized treatment program for those with persistent mental illness. ACT services include daily personal care, medication oversight, case management, vocational training, job placement, housing support, peer support, and more. The goal is to help clients live independently and avoid hospitalization. If appropriate, Monarch can provide referrals to alcohol and drug rehab treatment as well.
For children struggling in their home environment due to mental or behavioral health, intensive in-home treatment can position them for success. Services include case management and therapy to help ensure the child stays in their home environment and isn’t placed outside the home for care.
Monarch may accept a variety of insurance plans, such as Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Amerigroup, Ambetter, United Healthcare, and more. Insurance plans vary, so be sure to verify coverage information and out of network benefits with the insurer.
