Mountain Manor Treatment Centers is a collection of facilities in Maryland that provide addiction and mental health services. The Shoemaker Center is a detox and inpatient facility in Sykesville that offers substance abuse treatment services to adults age 21 and older. Their organization is a part of the Carroll County Health Department and has been in operation since 2008.

The inpatient (IP) program is short term rehab treatment designed to help with crisis stabilization. Clients who have tried other outpatient facilities and have continually relapsed may benefit from this program.

If clients have no insurance, alternative options for payment that may be available include public funds or sliding scale fees.
