At this center, you’ll get individual counseling, group therapy and addiction medication.

You’ll find them just off the Franklin Turnpike in an office setting with ample parking in a building surrounded by lush trees and greenery.

I noticed that they use a recovery coach system, which has proven to be very successful for recovery. You’ll be paired with someone who has been where you are and is further down the recovery road. They can help with practical advice, connection to community resources and being your number one cheerleader.

There are many in person and virtual groups you can join to be with like-minded people. For example, Ladies Who Lunch, family and friends, spouses of those in recovery, LGBTQ+ recovery and professionals in Recovery. Being part of the right group can be a huge boost to your recovery.
