Navos Mental Health and Wellness Center

Navos – Outpatient aims to offer a healing home for adults, young adults and children who are vulnerable to mental illness and substance use disorders (SUD). They have two locations in Burien, Washington, that offer outpatient behavioral and mental health treatment. They accept Medicaid and offer scheduled and walk in SUD and chemical dependency assessments for those on Medicaid.

The Navos Mental Health & Wellness Center King County Public Health Co. has adult outpatient behavioral health services and help with SUD. They also offer special programming and help with public housing, plus a pharmacy.

They take into account your physical health, relationships, living and financial situation while making an assessment for the care you need. You’ll meet with a therapist and a case manager, and, after that, you’ll meet with a nurse and a psychiatric provider to get a diagnostic evaluation. Then the care team will help you set goals and define what recovery looks like for you.

Navos Lake Burien provides infant, child, youth and family outpatient mental health services as well as program housing and specialty programming. They are a member of the Multicare Behavioral Health Network, and they have the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission. They’re state certified for SUD outpatient treatment programs. Please note they don’t provide SUD assessments for CPS.
