About New Horizon Counseling – Outpatient – Spokane, Washington
The intensive outpatient program allows individuals to attend treatment more frequently than traditional outpatient services. The primary focus of this program is on group therapy. Clients learn how to manage cravings and learn methods for changing their behaviors. Family educational classes are also available. Clients who are interested in learning about spirituality and how that can benefit them may request spiritual support services.
Outpatient treatment is provided to those who are struggling with mental health concerns, dual diagnosis, or addiction. Clients participate in individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Specific topics and self-help groups can be provided, such as support around domestic violence or how to live a life of recovery.
