About New Perspectives of White Deer Run of Lebanon OP – Lebanon
The White Deer Run Treatment Network has multiple locations, including New Perspectives of White Deer Run of Lebanon OP in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. New Perspectives offers treatment for adults with substance use and dual diagnosis (co-occurring) disorders. They have detox, residential treatment and continuing care programs. They’ll bill your insurance provider directly, and the program accepts insurance from many major providers.
There are three outpatient programs at this location. There’s a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and an outpatient program (OP). The PHP is a step down from the inpatient program and provides ongoing intensive support for your recovery journey. You’ll continue with group therapy and have two individual sessions per week. The individual sessions are 30 minutes. You can also have two psychiatric appointments per month if appropriate. You can also schedule family therapy sessions as needed.
The IOP offers three sessions per week for about nine hours of therapy. The IOP has more flexibility with morning and evening sessions so that you can still work or go to school. Most of the sessions in the IOP are group therapy sessions, but you can schedule individual sessions if you need them. The IOP is up to 16 weeks depending on your needs. You’ll learn about relationships and stress management. You’ll learn coping strategies for dealing with challenges such as holidays and other high risk situations that may trigger you to use substances.
The regular OP is the least restrictive outpatient program. You’ll have group therapy for two hours a couple of times per week, but only every other week. You’ll work on coping strategies, relationships, addiction education and relapse prevention.
