New Point Behavioral Healthcare – Beacon Division – Fresh Start was located in Sewell, New Jersey. This organization was one of two counseling and behavioral health services that merged in 2019 to become Acenda Integrated Health. The merger resulted in an expansion of quality behavioral healthcare to 56 locations spanning 10 counties throughout New Jersey. The new operation under Acenda continues to take on the integrated and holistic care model applied through New Point Behavioral Healthcare.

When they were opened, the New Point location offered a supportive environment for you to move through your recovery journey. Whether you were experiencing struggles with your mental health or had a substance use disorder you needed to overcome, you would have found comprehensive, compassionate and judgment free care here.

Services were offered in an outpatient setting and were rooted in evidence based practices. The facility was modern, and took a clinical approach to care, though the facility itself didn’t feel clinical. It was inviting with a welcoming and warm atmosphere.

At the new location, you’ll find many of the same supports and the same welcoming environment. You’ll also have access to community resources that can improve your overall health and wellness. For example, this location also offers assessments and intervention services if you need immediate care.
