Northeastern Counseling Center is a behavioral health facility located in Vernal, Utah. They have a team of licensed therapists that provide outpatient treatment. Your treatment will begin with an intake meeting. They will ask you questions about your medical history and your substance use. They will also ask you questions to determine if you have a mental health condition in addition to your substance use issues.
