NorthStar Transitions treats a small volume of clients at a time, providing those seeking residential treatment with the life-changing opportunity to experience personalized care with 24/7 care by staff. This program is best for individuals who need a high level of support and care.

The partial hospitalization program is a step down from residential and is a two to four week commitment with a daily meeting schedule Monday through Friday.

The intensive outpatient program at NorthStar Transitions meets three days a week for three hours at a time. The focus is on continued sobriety, relapse prevention, and the importance of continued addiction care as one maintains more autonomy in life.

The outpatient program is an aftercare program that meets to continue treatment. Topics that have been covered since the beginning of treatment, such as PTSD, group support, individual therapy, and stress management techniques.
