OnTrack – HOME in Medford, Oregon is a state licensed and CARF accredited residential addiction and substance use treatment program. Their services are available for pregnant women and mothers with children ages one to five. They have a licensed childcare facility on site so moms can concentrate on their recovery.
The goal of their residential treatment is to establish a safe environment in which patients can learn critical skills. This will help to improve their lives and lessen their substance use symptoms. Along with receiving the required medical and mental health care to aid in their recovery, clients also have their urine randomly analyzed to track their progress.
