About Options for Recovery – Torrance
The intensive outpatient program provides a three-to-five-day structured treatment plan. Clients receive individual and group substance abuse counseling. An individually assigned counselor and case manager oversees each case individually. Clients participate in a selection of over 60 different educational sessions according to their needs, such as relapse prevention, emotional health, and addiction & recovery. Those needing intensive treatment may be referred to live-in drug rehab centers.
Options For Recovery’s outpatient program provides one to three days of structured recovery treatments. Clients receive substance abuse counseling, both individually and in a group, addiction, and recovery education, plus random substance abuse testing. They are assigned to a counselor and case manager.
Recovery aftercare services are available to any client who successfully completes a treatment program. Clients receive one-on-one recovery support from their assigned case manager and meet weekly for therapeutic group counseling sessions.
Options For Recovery works with MediCal, and MyHealthLa. Referrals for additional medical or healthcare services may be covered by other major insurers such as Aetna, ComPsych, Wellmark, Humana, Beacon, and HCSC.
