Options Recovery Services, with a location in Oakland, California, offers dual-diagnosis intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for adult men and women in need of alcohol or drug rehab. Services include medication management, case management, and aftercare support.
An IOP at Options Recovery meets three hours per day, up to five days per week. Services include individual and group counseling, 12 Step programs, medication management, case management, addiction education, and relapse prevention. They also offer holistic services such as relaxation, yoga, and acupuncture. The IOP includes classes on anger management, life skills, and smoking cessation.
Aftercare services include ongoing support groups, relapse prevention strategies, sober housing, employment and education support, and referrals to social services and community resources.
