The Outreach’s Outpatient Services facility on Suffolk Avenue, Brentwood, New York, is a dual-diagnosis outpatient alcohol and drug rehab facility for adults. Services are available in English and Spanish, with specialized trauma-informed services for women. Outreach also offers DUI/DWI classes.
Outpatient drug rehab services at Outreach include individual, group, and family counseling, life-skills training, medication management, employment counseling, and relapse prevention planning.
