About PA Treatment & Healing – PATH – Milton, Pennsylvania
Serving residents throughout Milton, Pennsylvania, and beyond is the PA Treatment and Healing facility. This drug addiction recovery center offers a continuum of services ranging from outpatient addiction care, to medication assisted treatment (MAT), to specialized programs for youth. The treatment team takes a person focused approach to care, providing a variety of wraparound services to help you overcome your addiction struggles.
Their MAT is designed for those who have alcohol or opioid use disorders. You’ll be able to manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms so that you can focus on their counseling and recovery therapies.
You’ll work with licensed alcohol and drug counselors to receive education, therapy, appropriate assessments and other services. These services help target what your specific struggles are and the best approach to treat them.
Some of the other treatments you might find helpful here include their specialized programs that target secondary symptoms that are often associated with substance struggles. Whether it’s anger management, help with parenting and providing adequate nutritional services to your children, or completing court ordered needs like urine analysis tests, there are different services here that help meet these needs.
As an educator, I find their alternative education for disruptive youth programs especially helpful. Geared towards secondary grade students (6-12), this program helps at-risk children, providing behavioral support, counseling and other services to help them with their academic success and overall health and wellness.
It’s this whole person approach to care that allows the PA Treatment and Healing Center to stand out. You won’t be judged for the struggles you’re facing and will instead get connected to programs and treatments that will help you work toward a sober life.
