About Palm Partners – Recovery Center – Delray Beach

Palm Partners was a full-service luxury drug and alcohol rehab for adults and adolescents in the quaint seaside town of Delray Beach in Florida. Their facility was a few minutes away from long stretches of sandy white beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. With year-round sunshine, Delray Beach is an ideal recovery location. However, this location is now closed.

They were around for more than 20 years. Whether you needed detox, a live in program, or part time counseling, they would have helped you. They could also help you work through addiction related mental health challenges. Many people experience depression, anxiety, or PTSD, along with addiction.

What stood out to me was their Pain Recovery Program. People who experience chronic pain can find themselves addicted to their painkillers. Treating their addiction without addressing their pain isn’t helpful. To counter this, the staff provided non-medical pain relief through other means. Different approaches worked for each individual so they offered aquatic therapy, physical therapy, or chiropractic care. You could have gotten pain-relieving massages, muscle manipulation, or biofeedback.

They ran a private luxury rehab for executives. You would have stayed in serene private accommodation and be treated with complete confidentiality. Options included spending your downtime in the gardens or next to the sparkling pool. Swimming is a fantastic recovery activity as it helps rebuild your physical fitness.

Their holistic treatments included hypnotherapy. This helped to change your behavior at a subconscious level. You could have done yoga classes, learned meditation skills, and practiced spirituality. Acupuncture was another option they offered. Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into meridian points. This helps by reducing stress and promoting the production of dopamine. This has been shown to be effective in decreasing withdrawal symptoms and cravings. It also promotes a sense of well-being and calm.

Even though this location is now closed, there are other centers in Delray Beach that can assist you.

Programs

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
