This facility was opened in 2010 and is staffed with counselors who can assist you and your family with the tools you need to live a productive life. They accept donations to help cover the cost of treatment.

They provide a comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment program for youth using trauma informed care programs. Treatment is available to your child 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Trained clinical therapists and staff use evidence based strategies and educational programs tailored to meet the needs of your student. Some of the strategies include exposure therapy for post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety management and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

They also provide holistic options like music therapy, biofeedback and trauma-informed psychoeducation. Each student is provided a comprehensive evaluation that forms the foundation of their customized program. The program also utilizes case management and teaches communication, social, health, leisure and independent living skills. Your youth also has access to peer support, self help groups and advocacy groups that help promote sobriety and sustainable recovery.

Topeka is the state capital of Kansas, located along the Kansas River. You and your family can experience diverse cultural and outdoor recreational events in the area while your youth receives inpatient or outpatient care.
