About Personalized Nursing LIGHT House – Plymouth
Personalized Nursing LIGHT House is located in Plymouth, Michigan. They offer a pretty unique service model that combines outpatient substance abuse treatment with sober and safe living arrangements and they have several different treatment programs available.
They have an intensive outpatient program with domicile (IOPD). In this program, you’ll have 4.5 hours of group therapy per day for five days a week. You’ll also have at least one individual session from a master’s level therapist each week.
Other programs include the enhanced outpatient program with domicile (EOPD) and the services are similar to the IOPD but treatment is less intensive. They also offer general outpatient care here which starts as one 90 minute individual counseling session per week. These sessions can increase or decrease depending on how you progress.
In all of the domicile programs you’ll live in a fully furnished house or apartment. All housing expenses are paid except for your food which you’re responsible for. There are typically four patients in each apartment and you’ll have a roommate. A shuttle van is provided to take you to these sessions.
They provide case management services here from a Michigan Certification Board Addiction Professionals case manager. They’ll work with you to figure out your needs as far as food, clothing, work, dental and doctor appointment needs and other necessities to get back to daily routines. There are peer coaches available as well as alumni groups and recovery housing outside the domicile programs.
What I really like about this treatment center is that they provide quality living arrangements along with treatment programs so you can put all of your energy into healing and recovery without needing a residential program.
