Intensive outpatient is for those who require a more structured form of treatment. Individual and group counseling are implemented into the program. Modalities like rational emotional behavioral therapy are used to tame overwhelming emotions.

This is a step down from intensive outpatient. Clients’ required treatment hours are slowly lowered as the individual gradually returns to everyday life.

Aftercare support is provided to those who have completed their program. Clients are given program referrals, attend support groups, and receive recovery education.

This Phoenix Associates Counseling Services accepts Medicaid, self-pay, and major health insurance providers. The most common insurance providers include Aetna, Amerigroup, United Healthcare, Ambetter, BlueCross/BlueShield, and Cigna.
